မြို့ပြပုံဖော်သူလူငယ်များ (Young City Shapers) အစီအစဉ်ကို မြို့ပြဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေးကဏ္ဍမှာ စိတ်ပါဝင်စားသူ လူငယ်များအတွက် အသိပညာ၊ ဗဟုသုတနဲ့ စွမ်းရည်များ တိုးတက်မြင့်မားလာစေဖို့ ရည်ရွယ်ချက်ဖြင့် စီစဉ်ပေးလျက်ရှိရာ အခုအခါ (၁၈) ကြိမ်မြောက် ပရိုဂရမ်ကို တက်ရောက်ဖို့ စာရင်းပေးသွင်းနိုင်ပါပြီ။
ပရိုဂရမ်အကြောင်း
ဒီတစ်ခေါက် မြို့ပြပုံဖော်သူလူငယ်များ အစီအစဉ်ရဲ့ (၁၈) ကြိမ်မြောက် ပရိုဂရမ်မှာတော့ “Community Wellbeing and Inclusion” အမည်ရ ခေါင်းစဉ်အောက်မှာ လူငယ်များအတွက် ရပ်ရွာရှိ လူမှုအခြေအနေများကို နားလည်သဘောပေါက်စေပြီး အားလုံးပါဝင်နိုင်တဲ့ အသိုင်းအဝိုင်းများ တည်ဆောက်နိုင်စေရန် ရည်ရွယ်ထားပါတယ်။
ဒီပရိုဂရမ်မှာ အောက်ပါအကြောင်းအရာများကို အဓိက လေ့လာရမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ် -
- လူမှုအသိုင်းအဝိုင်းနှင့် စိတ်လူမှုအထောက်အပံ့ဆိုင်ရာ အခြေခံများ (MHPSS)
- ဂျန်ဒါတန်းတူညီမျှရေးနဲ့ အားလုံးပါဝင်နိုင်ရေး (GESI)
- လူမှုရေးရာမညီမျှမှုများကို နားလည်သဘောပေါက်ခြင်း
- လူငယ်များ ရပ်ရွာဝန်းကျင်နှင့် ထိတွေ့ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း
ပါဝင်သူလူငယ်များအနေနဲ့ မိမိတို့ရပ်ရွာအတွက် အကျိုးရှိတဲ့ လုပ်ငန်းအစီအစဉ်များကို ဖန်တီးနိုင်စေဖို့နဲ့ ထိုသို့ဖန်တီးရာမှာ အားလုံးအကျုံးဝင်ပါဝင်နိုင်စေဖို့ လိုအပ်တဲ့ ကျွမ်းကျင်မှုများကို ရှိလာစေဖို့ ရည်ရွယ်ပါတယ်။
အစီအစဉ် အသေးစိတ်
- ကြာမြင့်ချိန်: မေလမှ ဇူလိုင်လအထိ (၃) လကြာမြင့်မည်ဖြစ်ပြီး လက်တွေ့လုပ်ဆောင်ရမယ့် စီမံကိန်းငယ်များလည်း ပါဝင်သွားမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
- သင်ကြားမည့်ရက်နှင့် အချိန်: အပတ်စဉ် စနေနဲ့ တနင်္ဂနွေနေ့များတွင် နံနက် (၉) နာရီခွဲမှ နေ့လယ် (၁၂) နာရီခွဲအထိ (၅ ပတ်ကြာ လူတွေ့တက်ရောက်ရပါမည်)။
- သင်ကြားမည့်ဘာသာစကား: မြန်မာဘာသာဖြင့် သင်ကြားပို့ချသွားမည်ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
- ထောက်ပံ့မှုများ: လူငယ် (၃၀) ဦးသာ ခေါ်ယူမှာဖြစ်ပြီး ပါဝင်ခွင့်ရသူအားလုံးအတွက် ဖုန်းဘေလ်နဲ့ အင်တာနက်စရိတ်များကို ထောက်ပံ့ပေးသွားမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
လျှောက်ထားရန်
ပရိုဂရမ်မှာပါဝင်ဖို့ စိတ်ပါဝင်စားသူ အသက် (၃၅) နှစ်အောက် လူငယ်များအနေနဲ့ အောက်ပါလင့်ခ်မှတစ်ဆင့် ၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ်၊ ဧပြီလ (၂၄) ရက်နေ့ နောက်ဆုံးထား ဖြည့်စွက်ကာ လျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါတယ်။ လျှောက်ထားသူများကို အွန်လိုင်းမှတစ်ဆင့် လူတွေ့စစ်ဆေးပြီး တက်ရောက်ခွင့်ရသူများကိုသာ အီးမေးလ်ဖြင့် ပြန်လည်အကြောင်းကြားပေးသွားမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ပရိုဂရမ်အပြီးမှာ သတ်မှတ်ချက်နဲ့ ကိုက်ညီတဲ့ လူငယ်များကို အသိအမှတ်ပြုလက်မှတ်များ ပေးအပ်သွားမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

We are pleased to announce the upcoming Young City Shapers Programme Cohort 18, launching this May!
This cohort, titled “Community Wellbeing and Inclusion”, aims to empower young people to better understand the social realities shaping urban communities and to actively contribute to building more inclusive, supportive, and people-centered environments.
The programme will explore key areas such as:
- Introduction to mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS)
- Gender equality and social inclusion (GESI)
- Understanding inequalities
- Youth and community engagement
Participants will also strengthen their ability to advocate for inclusivity and develop practical skills to design initiatives that promote wellbeing within their communities.
Programme Details: The programme will run from May to July 2026, spanning three months and including hands-on project work. The 5-week coursework will be delivered in Myanmar language every Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM in person. In addition to classroom sessions, participants will collaborate in teams on projects, allowing them to explore the challenges, aspirations, and lived experiences of youth in underprivileged communities.
This cohort will accept only 30 participants. Phone bills and internet expenses will be supported for all participants.
How to Apply: Young people under 35 who are interested in participating can apply by completing the application form via the link below by 24 April 2026. Shortlisted applicants will be interviewed online, and only selected candidates will be notified via email. Certificates of recognition will be awarded upon successful completion of the programme.
